PhysEdMum: Bubbles on a windy day!

Welcome!

I am a mum to two little ones - a Toddler and a Preschooler - with a special interest in their growth and development from a Physical Educator's perspective. If you are a parent with little ones, then you too are your child's first PE teacher.

In this space I will share and record some of the games and activities we do here to develop gross motor skills and to establish a love for PE. Drawing upon my experience as a Physical Education teacher, my ideas are re-packaged and revived, and are intended to be low on cost, equipment and setting-up time but BIG on fun and appeal.
